cant find customize profile

i go to user cp and there is no customize profile button in sight.its just not there.where do i go to find it if its notr there

Press your name next to the picture in upper right corner that will take you to your page and there it is

In GENERAL under the Page Background. Press the box there you can change the color or put a picture.
