[Technical Issue] can't change gmt

I set my gmt to -5 but it's not showing the timezone's time It's still using -4 gmt >.> tried changing it to -5 and saving it still didn't change >_< messing me up when I look at the time of posts and the time on my laptop >.>

As much as this topic revolves around GMT, it should be noted that are likely asleep currently or just about to awake.
For the time being, I implore everyone with this issue to exercise patience for the next few hours, until it may be resolved.
