In Marvel, most of the characters are able to shoot projectiles and attacks yet arguably the most feared person in the entire Marvel Universe is a character who cant shoot anything-- The Hulk

Tsunade is basically Naruto's version of the Hulk. Her healing, her relative speed, her strength and her brute. Im here going over it in my head and im befuddled as to why people treat her as if she isnt a beast.

It seems most people who fought her ran from her except an unlimited chakra, cant-be-killed Madara

When you really think about.... Tsuande can probably kill every Hokage except the 1st.

and if the fight is indoors its especially a wrap.

Hashirama healing was better. She cannot beat hashirama.
Tobirama still has FTG (idk the name but you get the point) he also did not show case his ability to use water jutsu that much but its still there.
Hiruzen, is the debate, but at the same time, who know if she can match his arsenal of jutsu with her brute strength.
Minato is probably the only one that i think can take her down with little to no problems as his main fighting style is about diversion and guerrilla warfare.

fool, cus the hulk can tank any attack and his rage makes his strength almost infinite given the right circumstances. Tsunade is nothing like that
