First off, Almost all of deidara's attacks are bomb related, It doesn't take an actual genius too put together that they might've been bombs also.

Second, The bombs are made from deidara's chakra, Just because they're inside sasuke's body doesn't mean they would change to match sasuke's chakra colour.
