canon question new movie

u see with the new naruto movie their is a possibility some characters will show some new abilities never before seen.

My question is will this be considerd as canon since its kishi nimself wrighting it. For example is minato does a new seal in that movie would u guys exept it as his ability.

Not canon. It doesn't even fit in the timeline. Naruto knows sage mode and recognizes his parents and also knows their backstory, all of which he never found out until after Pain destroyed the village... but the village has not been leveled in the movie. Many landmarks are still intact including his apartment, a playground, Ichiraku's original building, and in the one-off comic they aren't walking around new construction and Naruto is living in his original building.
