Yagura:
His design is so cool , his character looks good too and he's a young Mizukage which means he's very strong . His jutsus look epic . I would have wanted him to have more screen time or at least a backstory
Yugito:
She too has an epic design , as a character she looks so strong like Sakura . She didn't hesitate to fight two akatsuki members . And her tailed beast has an amazing design , her jutsu are unique , I would like to see her fight more and know more about her.
Cee:
All cee did was talk in the five kage summit arc with little action , as design goes he looks cool and his character is interesting too
Kaguya:
Canon Kaguya didn't have a backstory , even her filler self didn't explain that much about her character , in her battle against naruto and sasuke she was stupid af with no personality and thinking , black Zetsu was basically controlling her . If Kishi just made 10 chapters about her life I would be satisfied .
Shino:
He literally didn't do anything in shippuden , although his filler self did(his fight against Toruni) but his canon self didn't do anything . Kishi could have put him against Edo Madara or something with the other groups but oh well . I question his existence in the naruto plot .
Samui:
Although we saw her fight Ginkaku and Kinkaku , we didn't know about her that much . She's looks cool and her personality solos Kaguya's.
