Canon characters that look filler

Nothing wrong with looking like a filler character some have very badass looking designs! Stop the discrimination against them they have had big parts to play in expanding the Naruto Universe in both good and bad directions.

Tobidara is a part 3 character that has yet to be revealed. There's a guy on here (I forget the name) who worked this out and he'll be laughing at the stupidity of NB doubters when the truth is finally revealed!
