CANNOT get the MP3 on profile

I swear, i cannot get a video or an mp3 on my profile.
I tried EVERY possible way but it's still not working.
I've read the How To's and all but it didnt work
now i'm so frustrated :shrug:

i have uploaded photo to the album and i took the 2 links below it(one by one i tried)but nothing happened..it says that invalid link in background

"mozilla firefox" as a browser and download "adobe flash player" and the cut and past the part from v="jg.aj.gpj.tmpgw.gp"
