[Question] Can Zoro and Luffy dodge the speed of light??

Back in thriller bark Zoro dodged all of Kumas pad-canon attacks which Kuma had said that 'I repel atmosphere at the speed of light' thus shooting the pad canons at roughly the speed of light..
And Luffy at Sabaondy post-skip stood still and effortlessly dodged a pacifistas laser beams which move at the speed of light..
So, does that mean they can easily dodge Kizarus attacks and that Kizarus speed means nothing to them?? And where does that put Shanks and Beckmann speed-wise?, they instantly appeared at Marineford long before the ship arrived and Kizaru put his hands up when Beckmann pointed his gun at him..??
Any thoughts?..hmm

Kuma's attacks aren't lightspeed. It was a hyperbole. Luffy and Zoro can't dodge LS attacks but i think they can react to them. I mean Rayleigh and Z were both able to keep up with Kizaru. Both are old and way past their prime. Zoro and Luffy would still get blitzed but i think due to CoO and their reaction speed they'd be able to somewhat see it coming. Ohh and Pacifista lasers aren't lightspeed either.

let me break it down for you we know that oda sated in the databook that they're equals right but if they did had a fight i believe zoro
would win and here is why;

-zoro can react to luffy's speed with ease he proved that fighting kuma while luffy got blitzed
-sword can cut rubber ( and not to mention that Oda said zoro is better at using armaments haki than luffy)
-zoro has better endurance and stamina than luffy.
-zoro is smarter than luffy.
-1 cut and it's game over while zoro could tank alteast a good amount of puches wit his endurance
so is it wrong for me to think that zoro is stronger ? :| i just go by logic

When and which databook?
You CANNOT compare them post-time skip to there past-time skip selves....does not work that way.
That's the equivalent of comparing a Level 4 character to a Level 11 character in a video game.

I disagree with Luffy having worse stamina/endurance too. Re-watch the Impel Down arc, I'm sure you'll come to agree with me.

I've argued this many times before. Sanji and Zoro are Equals, and will always be equals. Luffy is captain, and will always be stronger. ​

Obviously Borsalino is still on a whole other level to Luffy and Zoro.

I'm pretty sure he said that he repels attacks at sound speeds. Instead of putting Kuma against Luffy to figure out if he could dodge kizaru, why don't you reread the MarineFord war and see how hopelessly slow G2 Luffy was when he was kicked in the face by kizaru.

Besides, Luffy is his Captain. The captain is always the strongest on the ship.

Oda has shown what haki the m3 specialize in. Luffy(Conquerors), Zoro(Armaments), Sanji(Observation).SBS Volume 71

I think you shouldn't take it literally, nothing in OP travels at the speed of light, not even Kizaru. If he would be that fast he could be anywhere instantly. As shown by his mirror attack it takes him some time to get from A to B. Also those lasers and pads are visible and more importantly dodge able, so they move at high speed but no one has the reaction speed that is faster than the speed of light.

I think it's closer to the speed of bullets, bullets are pretty dodge able in One Piece as shown at the auction by Luffy and Zoro and by Luffy again at the start of New World saga by fake Luffy. And even bullets are moving in slow motion when compared to light.
