Can zetsu copy other shinobi's techs?

When zetsu copies someone can he copy their tech to? I think he can.
If so i think we all know who fought minato during the fox attack! Zestu copidd tobis s/t abilities

If so, I'm sure the Neji-Zetsu could have taken out Sakura. Plus there would be a lot more casualties on the Shinobi Alliance side. But hey, I don't even know.

Highly unlikely. Tobi could have just used all 100 000 zetsu clones to copy him, and attack the shinobi forces with 100 000 thousand rinnegans.

Maybe, but I think his jutsus are much weaker than original's.
+ I'm hoping Zetsu is the final villain, I would be very happy. xd
