Can you truly share Otsutsukis feats with Hyuuga?

I mean I understand the two clans sharing the same eye.

But the power they display with it has a huge margin between the two.

Otsutsuki Byakugan is Kekei Mora, Hyuugas is Kekei Genkai.

People like to use Kaguyas EGV scan where she destroyed Perfect Susanoo.

But it's invalid to say Hyuuga has that potential

Kaguya has massive amounts of power which allows her to do stuff like that.

A typical hyuuga doesn't have the chakra potency or chakra reserves to pull off a feat like that.

Not too mention with her byakugan she can use her hair to target tenketsu

Instead of hands as seen when she paralyzed sasuke with hair senbon

The only feats otsutsuki share with Hyuuga is blood.

No. The Otsutsuki clan of humans are probably the same as the Hyuga, but the Otsutsuki's such as Kaguya and Momoshiki are a different case due to their consuming of the god fruit. Without consuming the god fruit what would they be? Nothing. The Rinnegan is where they derive most of their power.

This is only facts. I don't even think we can go to say that the byakugan is really better than the sharingan especially if Kaguya seeked one anyway. But the byakugan mixed with something else can form something like the tensigan or Boruto's eye which is similar to when the sharingan is mixed with Senju chakra it creates the rinnegan. Naruto turned into a show where bloodline is od important now and if you trace it you could predict why a certain character has a power. But byakugan's potential I feel like we seen it already. Freezing time is not the byakugan

If its a discussion about clans than no.

If its a discussion about doujutsu than yes because the Hyuga aren't the only ones who have the byakugan. A doujutsu should'nt be limited to its weakest weilders since any doujutsu's potential is based off the strength of the person wielding it.

No because not all Otsutsuki have the byukagan and some of them have a sharingan (Kaguya/Indra) or a rinnegan (Hagoromoo/momoshiki). Because if you want to start dishing out feats for the hyuga left and right. Then you should give

All the uchihas 6 Kaguya dimension feats along with infinite tsukuyomi
All Kaguya clan ash bone technique feats
All senju clan God tree feats which includes tailed beast bomb.

It doesn't make sense.
