Guys with cool avatars who post on a thread, I really like this one guys avatar and checked if I could take it. I saved the Image lol but before I use it. Will it get be warned or infracted?

Yes definitely. But you must challenge them to a fight. Not that RP bullsh*t either. A real fight. You must kill them. Then you have permission to take every avatar in their possession.

Nay but it wouldn't exactly be nice morale ya know. If you make some adjustments, maybe ask the guy if you could use the avatar and make a similar one, it would just be better.

You shouldn't take an avatar or signature that is currently in use, unless it's a common image that is commonly available online. Either way, you should ask permission. As a common courtesy, do not take it unless granted permission.

If someone tried to take my avatar and sig without permission, I'd freakin rage at them. I'm pretty sure its a infractable offense, and unless the image is commonly found on the net it's just immoral.

The majority of them are made for the sole reason of creating avatars and sigs so your argument is invalid. What other reason do you have for rendering images?
