Can person with normal eyes without dojutsu see those attacks :

PS Shockwave
Vacuum palm
Wind from Temari fan

Are those 3 visible ?

What about dojutsu like Sharigan or Byakugan ?

Yes all can be seen most of the time. Those justsu create waves/distortions.

PS shockwave, you can see the shockwave spread out( dirt flies around). Same with temari's tech. It's possible that they won't be seen. But there would have to be nothing around to give the tech away. So maybe if the fight is high on the air with no dust and clouds.

Vacuum palm uses compressed air I think so it creates distortions.
