i dont think anyone can remove it short of ripping off their skin, but thats dumb, since the time you would take to do that he would alrdy be standing next to you

FTG has no weakness, it is the ultimate teleportation jutsu in my opinion, tobi space-time migration is better in that you dont see seals or signs but i still like FTG better, plus FTG had the potential to go into higher levels but since minato dead, i doubt anyone will take it further

I think a person can get near to the marked kunais but I believe those kunais has a sensor that alerts Minato. So if you plan on taking and removing it, you'll be dead before even touching the kunai.

I don't think it's Possible while your in combat, Because asoon as you try minato would slam a rasengan into your Face

As Itachi said "Ever jutsu has a weakness". A person can probably remove the seal but takes crazy skill and knowledge of sealing jutsu. A bad match for Minato would be Kakuzu. He can make his body harder than steel so speed won't matter and if Minato puts a FTG seal on Kakuzu's limbs, he could just detach it.
