LOL, we've seen recently. Not that recent but recently some of Doflamingo's power ( He smashed smoker with little ease) . Just how bad do you think doflamingo could've messed up Crocodile during the great war?

Thats true, if he was serious about ending Crocodile he could of killed him with Haki when he took his head off, but then someone of his skill set I would imagine he had Haki at that point.

Didn't Doflamingo want to recruit Crocodile at that time though? I don't think he didn't have haki at that time actually, although got no proof of that. Anyways, Doflamingo was furious as **** when he raped Smoker but I still think he would have raped Crocodile just as hard if not harder back then xD

I can say with a 100% certainty and 0% proof that he had Haki during the Marineford War. He had already been a pirate since around the Pirate King's death. I don't think he, like all the rookies developed Haki during the Timeskip.

As for if he would crush Crocodile, it's hard to say. Crocodile has been a pirate for a long time as well, and even though he didn't have Haki, he was still a very good fighter. But Doflamingo wouldn't struggle at all against him. If nothing of what I said makes sense, then I apologize :/

I don't why you are assuming crocodile is weaker than smoker. IMO, during the great war, doflamingo was just a bit stronger than crocodile.

I think at the time of the war Crocodile was stronger then Smoker.

Smoker only is assumed stronger for a couple of reasons:

1) He has his Jutte which can hurt DF users
2) around the same arc Croc was defeated by Luffy, Luffy couldn't handle Smoker at all.

We tend to forget that Croc killed Luffy on 3 occasions but was saved 3 times too.
Luffy only beat Croc because of his weakness.
Smoker was just a mere commodore at the time, look at all the marines who are stronger then him (Captains, vice admirals and admirals)
