o.o I think you're right. The only thing Naruto has that can't be banned is regular Rasengan lol.
Oodama would kill those kids... I guess he can still go Sage Mode and kick ass with taijutsu though

Although killing is allowed in the chuunin exams, as i recall.

Sasuke has a shitload of strong raiton attacks outside of Mangekyo Sharingan... and he is pretty good with a sword. The same can't really be said for Naruto though.

if sasuke can regular mangekyou then naruto should be able to use sage mode or kyuubi cloak (not KM or BM)

naruto doesnt really need kyuubi for chunin exams

and if naruto and sasuke are allow to go all out then bm naruto>>ems sasuke ATM
