Please read first the requirement for Any Sage Mode, You need be born with tons of Chakra, not store it but have it their at the ready. Sakura dose not meat that critical requirement. Number two you must have guts, now guts can be learn by how you face lives troubles and how you deal with them, no problem their. But you can't grow chakra reserves you can train to be able to use chakra to the maximum efficiency, but you can't grow reserves. Conclusion Sakura can't be a Sage. She docent meet the standards of chakra.
