[Question] Can you guys suggest what is the highest level canon ninja I could make a bio for?

I have no idea lol, i'm making one for an Uchiha and i've heard there's some sort of requirement for that, i'm just gonna make it and then do whatever i have to do before i post it.

You'd have to talk to someone who knows more about one piece, sorry man i'm not really keyed up on the specifics.

make a custom bio screw the canon bios those are so boring and don't listen to anyone when they say they spent five hours making a canon bio it only took them ten minutes to copy and paste from the Naruto wiki

As for eustass kid, unless someone already owns the bio you can make it. Devil fruit abilities would have to be submitted as a custom clan(which you can't make yet) or some variant of custom.

Any bio/character not from the Naruto anime/manga is considered to be a "custom character". What that means, is that the character is outside of the canon category. Whoever has a custom character has ownership of it. For example, I make a bio of a character from another anime/manga, if I'm the first/only person to make the bio and it gets approved, I am owner of the character, so no one else can't have that character unless I give him permission. The bio/character

Eustass' ability can be linked with Magnetism. Magnetism is possible in Naruto, as seen where the Third and Fourth Kazegake can use it. If you look at NB's

• To Have a Custom Magnetism User or Toroi Biography one must be at least Special Jounin Rank.
• A Custom Magnetism User must come from Kumogakure or Sunagakure.
