Can you explain?

Hi guyz, if you had read previous manga chapter ..there was a frame in which kabuto was standing along with oro and there was toad boss and another guy behind them..Can anyone explain what it meant??:shrug:

it was supposed be a Flash back of chapter where tsuade jiraiya and oro fought and kabuto was thinking of that time .
