Can you edit a bio if its approved?

Like what if you want to add your new jutsu & pics because i have those. Or do i have to make a new bio ?

You may not edit it , You have to post it again and if it is approved , your old bio will be dropped , and the new one will replace it

If it is declined , your old bio still stands

Nope, just re-do it= update it. But do it monthly or something along those lines.
