can you actually hide your self from xbox one mandatory kinect camera???

so i noticed some people though about if they were to put something on the xbox one mandatory kinect camera sensor like a towel or some tin foil that covers the whole lens from allowing it to see you, or for privacy purposes and spying, Would it actually work? cause in my opinion, the kinect camera might be smarter than you think, If it wont be able to detect you then what if it might force you to recalibrate the kinect camera sensor, or comeup with other methods, cause the kinect itself itsnt like a normal web cam, web cam doesnt know if there is a human there, its just a normal camera. and kinect works as a 3d depth of field scanner that can scan your room and see if you are present there. which makes it a much resistable technology. what do you guys think can you actually do something about the camera on kinect from spying on you, or will it force camera to detect you, if you want to play games!!!

You can't avoid the camera or microphone, in order to do that truly without "controls to set that feature off" which really don't, is to throw it in a tub of water and smash it with a hammer afterwards.

One thing that would probably work for the camera, a piece of gum with a thick small piece of construction paper attached to it. Even then though, not sure what those cameras are able to do. So maybe avoiding it is not an option.

supposedly, you can turn that off and set it to only listen for "xbox ON"... and even that can be turned off... but if you're paranoid, put a blanket on top of it or turn it to face the wall lol
