Itachi's susanoo trumps all except perfect stabilized susanoo but that's debatable

I believe at a healthy state itachi it could deflect anything except maybe attacks from like kaguya
That ten tails isn't even at full power it's missing a major fraction of power

And according to another source you can basically erase this hype from the manga if that technique hits the Yata Mirror. As these are ethereal weapons from the spirit world, I'm inclined to believe their hype over a simple lightning ninjutsu created by a mortal.
