Yes it can. Taijutsu are physical attacks, yata mirror lacks any physical form. There fore damaging it with anything physical is impossible

The ones that itachi are able to keep up with yes, I believe the wiki description is that it is able to block all attacks wether physical or not physical. But its not an all in compassing shield, so guy can hit him in almost all directions instantaneously, Itachis best bet would be to keep the shield covering his vital organs and just take the whipping from all other directions.

Susanobhas a weakness in the back might guy eught gates can hit all directions in the anime you see clearly that the mirror doesn't block itachi's left, right, or behind sides only in front as danzo did to sasuke's susano guy would do many times over to itachi's. Guy would solo from all sides but definitely not the front however you have to take to account that guy changes the air pressure in the eight gates state and susano yata or not does not filter out air I believe so it may or may not break through
