Yes except totsuka isnt an unstoppable force. Its a spirit sword that seals on contact

Not only does it seal, it also "Cuts down any enemy in it's right". That's what threw me off.

Totsuka can cut down ANYONE but what if that someone has the Yata Mirror? lol

Exactly. The Totsuka Cuts down any and all enemies and the Yata reflects any and all attacks. So if they were to meet. Only Kishi knows what would happen.

Totsuka needs to pierce something to seal it, and Yata can't be pierced, so, unless the blade is said to be able to pierce anything (if that's the case then there is a mistake somewhere), Yata tanks Totsuka.
