Itachi is the only one that can use KA properly #mangafax

Databook stated (yes, in both 3rd and the new one the 4th) that it copies the composition of any attack and deflects it. KA counts as an attack, it's an ocular genjutsu.

IIRC Databook stated it could reflect Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, so unless Genjutsu falls into the Ninjutsu category - Yata can't reflect it. And it kinda makes sense, since you cannot disrupt your own brain with your own chakra.
