ot: Yes, Yata Mirror would deflect it. It's stated to change its own properties in order to match the attack that it is repelling. It's the most OP weapon in the Naruverse along w/ Totsuka and Madara's gunbai.
That and you also have to keep in mind that there's a reason why Kishi made sure that Yata died with Itachi. If an Uchiha w/ better stamina like Madara got his hands on it, that would be ridiculous.

And as for the part of, wouldn't the susanno holding it up get disintegrated, well Yata probably does not need susanno to be used, we've just seen it used with susanno because Itachi was the one wielding it. After all, Oro wanted Yata too and he lacks susanno. U_U

Doubt it as the Sharingan is a product of the Jūbi, not Hagoromo or his mother. It was even stated that she also possessed all the powers of the Sharingan upon eating the fruit, meaning that they were already in existence when she acquired the Dōjutsu... Thus I am more inclined to follow what mythology is implying here: ​

It's fixated with his Susano-Ō; back tracking the genealogy it [Sharingan Jutsu] all sprang from the Jūbi. Examining it's mythological rudiments, that is, the Jūbi or 'Ippon-datara' it is thought to be a large human-like beast with one leg and one eye. If Sasuke walked into the flames of his own amaterasu, he won't go up in a blaze? Edo Tensei Madara was crushed by the boulder he summoned. Edo Tensei Tobirama blew himself up with his own explosive tags. Sasuke used a chidori variant to electrocute himself and nullify Deidara's clay bombs.

My point is that since all it did was distort space, it's more or less featless in the destructive department.

it wont break yata irror, but the susanoo holding it up would be blown apart from trying to hold the shield up. after all, a shield is only effective as long as the person behind it can take the force being dealt.
