Can we stop using Fodder improperly now?

A person treated like a tool meant to die.
"Send the fodders to distract them while we carry our supplies across the river."

Ok a fodder is someone who is not powerful at all, anyone Chunnin or higher should not be referred to as a fodder since they obviously has some sort of skill to pass the chunnin exams. I saw Haku referred to as a fodder when Kakashi praised him saying he might be better than him.

To me a fodder is a useless shinobi. Most of the alliance is useless against Madara now. Therefore they are all fodders xd
