As far as i can remember we haven't seen more MS techniques of madara then just susanoo.. but even with just his perfect susanoo he will fodderize itachi by brute force.. unless itachi manages to shield himself against every single attack with yata mirror.. and perfect susanoo doesn't protect against totsuka..
But like you said yata mirror and blade of totsuka don't count since they're rikkudous tools so itachi will die solely on brute force

Umm you haven't done homework. First Obito, and Madara are the strongest PERIOD, but going by what you stated, in that case izuna would be the strongest... he's stronger than itachi, and he had no senju DNA, or the EMS. He and Madara were at one time equals, but going against itachi, he would probably break that n*gga.
