Can we safely say Sasuke is good?

So one of the reasons we thought Sasuke may not legitimately be good was the dark shading on his back, his "darkness"
But look at this panel

Both Sasuke and Minato have dark shading on the face...does that mean Minato is bad?
Nope, so maybe shading has nothing to do with it and we read too much into it.
Well that's my own reasoning anyway

What do you think? Can we say Sasuke is good? or do you still think he has a darker purpose?

While it's safe to say he's not completely evil like he was at the Kage Summit, I still think there is a darker side to Sasuke.

He acted extremely cold when burning the Jubi with Amaterasu, and had no intention to listen to whatever Naruto or anyone else said. It would seem that he still favors destroying things rather than taking the more humane option.

a better question would be, "define good".

Sasuke is no longer 100% bad, as he has realized his goal now is not to enact vengeance, but to help preserve what his brother gave his life for. He is determined to change the system, for better or worse, to his own way.

He is not good, nor bad at this moment. He is just neutral till we see whether the good in him is more than the bad.
