Can we now safely conclude that Kakashi is top 5 material

Chapter 610 just came out and to be honest I am kinda liking the fact that Kakashi is now able to use his Mangekyou the same way that Obito uses his. Knowing this, it's quite possible that he too already knows how to phase in and out of physical attacks and some jutsus. Further more, with the help of the Kyuubi's chakra support he is further utilizing his Mangekyou control. So is it now safe to say that Kakashi is now top five material? To be more specific, the same number as Obito?
