[Suggestion] Can we move some of the buttons?

I don't mind this new layout but I'm already finding problems with the quick links/buttons . The quick links i use the most are "forum" "today's topic" and my profiles are harder to access at the very top in small fonts where as the buttons that I rarely touch like "FAQ" "Forum rules" "Forum actions" are straight in the middle.

Can we swap them out as it's going to be easier to use?

On mobile you will have to use the old one as this one is not optimized for it due to the snow effect.
