Can we considerate that Hokages are stronger than Nagato, Itachi and co?

Nagato or Itachi were zombies for example. So this hype put the Hokages above them

Now we don't have decent feats concerning Hokages beside Hashirama and Minato, but i think they will live up their hype very soon. I mean, they will most likely be the one to fight people as powerful as Madara with his Perfect Susanoo or Rinnengan techniques or Juubi(maybe with Obito as well), that is on a whole other level than everything that Nagato or Itachi could produce

At the moment, it's not the case, but maybe it would be proven in upcoming chapters?

Not too long ago the gokage were said to be the strongest as well, it's based on the titles. Now to answer your question, should they be considered stronger than itachi and nagato? I'd definitely vote Hashirama. The rest not so much.
