Can we confirm that sasuke was handicap during the battle with killerbee

If they did not had a mission by Tobi the atmosphere of the battle will be different.Sasuke would use amaterasu from the start and finish killerbee early ;Jugo may turn to his full killing mode etc

2 Sasuke was basically recovering form his wounds from orichimaru battles and also itachi battles.He had alot of strain in the battle eventhough he fought well

This prove he was not fighting at his best

IF sasuke was fully rested he would have give a better battle or even beat him early in the battle

Yes, sasuke main goal was to capture bee, and he failed.

although, Bee did state , that sasuke was the strongest guy he ever faced, so an EMS sasuke would give him a lot of trouble.

But killer bees power comes from the 8 tails, just as Sasuke's comes from the ems or ms at this stage. I agree that sasuke was disadvantaged in the fact that he had his team mates who clearly are not at his level and also had to capture not kill which would limit the amount of jutsu he could use and what level he could use them on. But if you've been reading the manga, you'd see that at that point sasuke stood no chance of winning especially since killer bee swam away in ruff good nick and taka was friking owned
