If they did not had a mission by Tobi the atmosphere of the battle will be different.Sasuke would use amaterasu from the start and finish killerbee early ;Jugo may turn to his full killing mode etc

2 Sasuke was basically recovering form his wounds from orichimaru battles and also itachi battles.He had alot of strain in the battle eventhough he fought well

This prove he was not fighting at his best

IF sasuke was fully rested he would have give a better battle or even beat him early in the battle

The thing about the Naruto series is that they dont specify days, weeks, or months very well, So Im saying the fight against Orochimaru wasnt too hard for him becasue Orochimaru was in a weak state, he didnt really suffer anything from it. Diedara and Itachi battles, I think a few weeks passd in between those fights, I dont think they happened the same day, After the itachi fight, maybe a few days, or weeks until he healed and then took on Killerbee. besides that, KillerBee toyed with them the whole fight, Juugo even landed a direct hit to the face on Killerbee and it didnt do a thing. Plus, thay came at him with the intent to kill, as Suigetsu suggested they should. So they werent holding back, they were going all out

Even after they got serious, Bee still beat them pretty badly.

Even the Hachibi itself said that Killer Bee had the upper hand, and if you say Sasuke won that fight, then ask yourselves, why do we have this war?

sasuke had the edge in that battle. there was the whole team of his fighting against killer bee. it was just due to lack of skill that he couldnt kill bee that time. theres no excuse for that. if it was a one on one battle against sasuke, i am sure that bee would have won it.

I like how Bee took direct hits, didn't even flinch, and even managed to mortally wound Sasuke twice v 3 more goons (technically 2 cause Karin doesn't fight.) and the whole time he wasn't even serious. If that's not pwnage I don't know what is, btw if you check back on the chapters, you'll see that Sasuke had at least 10 full chapters to recover from his fight w Itachi so that theory is out the window. But I have to say even w Sasuke's new powers, he'd still get hi a** handed to him. Sorry, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Sasuke was not handicapped in anyway, he had already healed besides karin was healing him too .when they realized that the could not beat him they attacked him with the intent to kill and they lost , again .
