Can we all agree on Orochimaru's Sage Mode?

As Orochimaru obtained all of Kabuto's recently acquired info it also means he has his memories of learning under the Snake Sage, and considering his already massive Chakra reserves just got a boost in size, holding onto Senjutsu Chakra will not be difficult at all.

The problem he had in the past was that he had a weak body, which I don't think anyone would try to argue that a body comprised almost entirely of Hashirama's cells would be weak by any means. It may just be that Orochimaru still needs to perform modifications on his body, similar to how he's not used any of Zetsu's abilities.

I'm also curious as to weather or not he has Jugo's enzyme inside him, as he seems to be able to dispense the curse mark to whomever he pleases.

It's just a matter of time.

I don't think he can just steal Sage Mode from Kabuto. If he has, it will probably be to the effect of Minato's where it's watered down or something he cannot maintain for long.

We don't really know what kind of SM Orochimaru has since he never showed it because of having a weak body.
