Right now naruto is catching up so sasuke level.Naruto cannot fight his own battle he need the ninetails,support,plot shield from kishimoto and he talk no jutsu.
Naruto cannot be compare to sasuke skill level ,swag and intelligent in combats .He just a dude that look good when he got support .People say sasuke spam alot but naruto spam since the beginning of the anime.Sasuke only spam because the circumstances against danzo require him to use Ms abilities like susano and amatersu.However sasuke did use his sword and lightning abilities
You guys say sasuke donot have stamina but he fight itachi while he just came out from a fight from dediara
sasuke have his bandage on ,he was not at full health as itachi
after the great battle sasuke had alot of injuries and was not at his best against killerbee
sasuke was in pain using the amaterasu skill
Even juggo said that sasuke was not at full power
Anyway sasuke with his halve blind ms was ambush by zetsu at the kages summit and still fight at there level then fight Danzo after.I know karin heal his wound but not his chakra but he manage to use his susano and amaterasu with ease.He still have chakra left to fight kakashi and the matching his chidori level with naruto resangan .
The point i trying to say that in all the battle sasuke had he was not 100% at his best but manage to stand his ground and pawn some while he at it
Now that he is fully rested and he got EMS will will not harm his vision ,no one will be able to handle sasuke.Even if they stand a chance ,sasuke hatred will give him a power boost like he did against danzo and A

Point to note sasuke will win against A because he survive A 2 powerful attack raga bomb and elbow attack.If Gaara did not stop them amaratsu will have engulf him and the spike amaterasu will do alot of damage internally also.When susano is damage the user can reactivate it back to normal (brand new susano),therefore that kick will not be effect just as the raiga bomb raiakge did earlier
This prove that the uchiha have powerful chakra and spiritual energy by tobi
