OP firstly work on your English one could compare it to deciphering hieroglyphs.

He didn't know all of the thirds ninjutsu because he didn't know wtf was happening when the Third Hokage used the Dead Demon Consuming Seal. He was familiar with the third but over-confident. He fell short of epic because he didn't do anything (imo at least) that was epic. Unlike J-man. Oh yeah! xd

Ok let me get it clear immortal is a one who never dies, he's sealed so fail statement.
He didn't learn all of the justus from Hiruzen, No i cannot accept he is the best though he was really great Villain material. U_U

I couldnt agree anymore. Oro is intelligent, has a shyt load of jutsu, fast, immortal, evil, etc. Not many shinobi could actually defeat him, except those with great genjustu or sealing ability (certain ones). No one could have created his own "villiage" and turn villiage against each other, while killing both of their Kages and still be alive. Akaskuki (mis-spell) members wanted him dead, yet never were able to. This dude was basically invisible, but as all characters (villains) they has a weakest and are usually put up against it (Madara vs 1st, Tobi vs Minato, Naruto vs Sasuke) and his was Itachi.
