Well that point was not a good one at all. You say because the hokage are dead that means rds can't be countered, but none of the hokage tried to counter it. Tobirama and Hashirama were dead already and they were not at full power which means certain jutsu that may could counter rds were not available to them, and minato and hiruzen used rds on themselves so that defeats your post. However I do believe nothing can counter it but not because of what you said. Also I do think uchiha return can be argued.
