Kakuzu survived it because he had 3 hearts at that time , i don't see Tsunade surviving it .

so if tsnade takes a hit from that she will survive but will be a normal human devoid of using chakra hence gameover anyway i guess

She can survive a normal Rasenshuriken.(RS) ( because of her forehead mark )
But she cannot survive an Oodama RS. (ORS)
Because as we know, RS or ORS attacks the opponent on cellular level.
She can survive normal RS because she can regenerate her body or activate the jutsu so that if a cell is attacked, it gets healed by the chakra stored in other cells before being attacked. Like we have seen Kakuzu was alive but was going to die in the end even without a chidori.
But ORS contains enough chakra and enough chakra needles to kill every cell before a cell transfers chakra to other dying cells. If all the cells are dead, she has no chakra source for using the Byakugo jutsu even if her seal is active.

NOTE : Byakugo uses the chakra stored by the user for a long period, It has nothing to do with Katsuyu in particular.
When Tsunade and Sakura used their forehead marks to summon Katsuyu, they meant to use a large amount of chakra to summon a large size of Katsuyu in order to compensate with the number of shinobis alive on the battlefield. Also they were sharing their own stored chakra to heal the shinobis through Katsuyu. (An explanation for Femme if she attacks my post)

Let's see, FRS attacks at a cellular level, like what Tsunade said it is akin to poison.. Tsunade's Strength of a Hundred Healings is an extension of Creation Rebirth.. Creation Rebirth does not heal damaged cells, rather it hastens cell division which allows the body to re-generate tissues/organs, etc.. so in theory, even if FRS destroys Tsunade's cells, Strength of a Hundred Healings would allow her to create new ones in replace of the old.. even if FRS destroys that cells, chakra network, those cells can be left alone to die as Strength of a Hundred Healings would create new ones.. it would be a continuous process of cell destruction and regeneration.. it would all fall down to how much chakra Tsunade has, and since seeing her Strength of a Hundred Healings can last to at least several hours, there is no doubt she can tank it..

Kakuzu had 3 hearts....... after getting hit by FRS two of them got destroyed in an instant and the final one left at the brink of failure......... I bet Tsunade has 3.........
