Can Tsunade Tank Kirin? Or will she die by it?

So i was wondering about this, Tsunade are pretty tanky but can she tank this, if she can how will she do it, with the use of the seal? Sasuke have all the time he needs to prepare kirin :snick:

Possibly. It would take the Byakugou to do so that's for sure and even then the chances are probably slim at best. she would be in no state to fight afterwards though.

but there are a myriad of variables so its hard to tell you if she would live on not
