We are still not sure as long as she has Byakugou and Katsuyu which has been shown that can endure high level of damage.
Only a small part of Katsuyu was able to not get injured by Naruto's corosive chakra and Pein's Full Shinra Tensei.

At least Buu can regenerate from a little bit, Tsunade will just be a dead piece of nothing floating in nothing.

Yeah but Byakugou means healing regeneration of injuries through accelerated cell division. So is a very rapid techique.
And as I said before, Katsuyu. Those two might be able to stand a chance.
Katsuyu is known to be the animal summon that could take any type of damage and not get destroyed by it until now.

Also, dunno if to take in consideration but as we've seen, Hashirama's Mokuton was able to deflect Kyubii's TBB in naruto OVA concerting their battles. I agree is not cannon because it's not in the manga BUT any Naruto related material is done with Kishimot's approval otherwise would go into the law of infringement, breaking the right to intellectual property.

I think some people underrate Tsunade's technique and think she will get killed if her heart or brain is damaged which is false because she can regenerate any internal organ.

Now a TBB will vaporize her completely so no Tsunade isn't tanking that. I wonder if Tsunade can tank kirin.

The question I will ask is how did Suigetsu avoid his cells even in a water state being destroyed by a TBB when that question is answered. We'll have our answer. The question more or less is a question of the nature of how a TBB damages than how suigetsu actually managed to tank it.

I am not sure abt tanking,but she can reflect a normal tbb. Km naruto was strong enough to push killer b's tbb,v1 raikage's punch would have ended km naruto as per naruto's own admission,tsunade is stronger than v2 raikage. So i think she may not be able to tank it,but she can reflect a normal tbb imo
