but the lungs themselves were not completely cut off from her body, plus the heart had only been sliced through, it wasnt completely cut off as well. Complete removal from the rest of the body is more fatal than a simple wound, since she would have to regrow her entire upper body to survive, which is impossible to do when she is decapitated because the brain can only survive a few seconds without all of the blood and oxygen as well as other nutrients necessary for it to survive.

lol its funny that when i read your posts, it kinda makes think that neji is Speaking because of your Avatar.
Anyways This is an anime, so not everything is Literal, so that means that if the manga said something then we shall Make no assumptions, but Stick to the manga

Frankly speaking, Im actually a real life version on Neji(personality-wise) so I guess you could say that Neji is speaking to you.

Not everything is literal of course, but its still based around real-life principles and that is why we can make such assumptions. Its not totally made-up

lol, it really Gave me Imagery of hearing, and it sounded like i was in the manga and neji was explaining something lol, But anyways in these threads we always assume, and come to our own little conclusion which we believe is right until proven otherwise, so if I had an interview with kishi this would be one of the topics :)

actually no.. once the lungs are cut, air would enter it and would cause pneumothorax, which basically makes the lungs collapse.. that is why even a simple puncture wound through the lungs is very fatal if left untreated immediately.. yes, removal of an organ is basically a death warrant, but as Tsunade's jutsu suggest, it basically reconstructs all organs and all tissues making up the human body.. it is not healing per se which involves healing of old cells but rather hastens the creation of new cells which in context, means re-creation of all organs.. like what has been discussed before, brain function is not required in Byakugou as all woulds are restored without any conscious effort.. oxygen supply is unnecessary as Tsunade's boy reinstates homeostasis by itself seeing how Tsunade has great confidence in that jutsu..

for all of you who just said no, the answer is yes........., this is an anime not reality, dont bring this brain shit into the topic, Manga already stated that Tsunade can regrow any damage organs, body parts and cells, so of course she can survive Decapitation.

No this is manga and this manga happens to follow alot of things related to biology and all that science bs.
