Yes she can in terms of combat. None of those ninja there are leagues ahead of her. They acknowledge her as a fighter, so why the fvck should i feel like shes not, her feats prove it as well.

She is renowned for medical ninjutsu as well, neither of those two are for anything.

Clearly it wasn't, we only seen her fight twice, vs Kabuto she was drunk, rusty, and hadn't sleep in 6 days, not to mention she only stoped because of her own mental torture. Vs Madara she was clearly the only effective one and she didn't lose, Madara was Edo, and she was the only one to survive.

The real tea is if they can be compared to her. She can't die in battle and she be match in combat or jutsu...with the exception of Sakura.

I know he does but that is what im saying, he cannot disprove that she may be better than jiraya just cuz he knows SM (frog kata) because jiraya said it and he knows why he said it and i'm sure he had sm back then when he said it because he obv learned it at a young age, not his 50s.

Orochimaru wasn't fearful at all, all he said was, "Hmm, I don't think we've ever faced each other, have we, Tsunade," twistin' words around.

Compared it what sense? Relative to other ninja all of them are in the top 1%. So in that sense they can be compared.

Now, in relavence to the shinobi world can the three shinobi above be compared?

Yes, they are all top teir and famous.

If we are talking about comparing in a general sense
Jiriaya- ( teacher) taught some of the worlds most powerful ninja and gave them his will
Tsunade- (doctor) revolutionized the medical world, her medical prowess played a large role in the 2nd shinobi world war
Orochimaru- ( Scientist) found a way to become immortal, great understanding of natural world ( his servent could splice dna of different people) -so orochimaru probably can.
Hiruzen-( Hogake)- noted to be strongest kage of his time, ruled konoha for many years.

Can they be compared to each other off achievemnts?

No, successfull doctors, teachers, scientist, or leagers are too differnt to be comparable in any way.

If we are talking about achieving their dreams
-Jiriaya- find piece, a world were people understand each other- not realistic but considering the way the manga is going Jiriaya's student is going to fullfil his dream.
Orochimaru- In part 1 he wanted to "obtain all justu", however now his motivations are not known. If you consider his immortal status, and if you consider his edo tesnei's justu as part of his power, then Orochimaru is getting there.
tsunade-Not sure about her goal? Marry dan? Promote Naruto to hogake? gamble?

Can they be compared on fullfilling their dreams?

No, tsunade's dream was crushed when dan died and we don't know if she has a new one. Jiriaya is dead, however his dream lives on in his student, surprisngly, Orochimaru is the closest to achieving his goal out of the sannin.

I didnot include hiruzen because the naruto story doesnot realy involve him in the "main" plot. We don't know enough about him to compare him to the three sanin.

We can only compare him in the first point.
