dude i am not gonna get into this much as you make me dislike tsunade more and more...tsunade is a good character but i think there is no way she can break troll Madaras Susanoo without using chakra release.This is what i am saying from the begining..i am out

Well, Yes, she was Portrayed to Be the most physically strongest Character in the Manga, and Everything she gets into contact while in combat, either ends up dead or broken.
So No different for Enma's Staff form, and even if she cant break it with 1 punch, she can still go 2 or 3 more punches

Well, dunno with base strength however with enhanced, I am pretty sure she would.
By the way, when she broke the Mokuton clone of Madara was without Chakra enhanced strength or else Madara could've absorbed the chakra via Rinnegan.
So I think it speaks a lot for her base strength.
