But let's assume you get chakra in bijuu levels like raikage....... I'm 100% possitive that healing thousands of persons at the same time requires more chakra than what raikage can have, since it was said that healing ninjutsu requires good amount of chakra......... then we have the fact that Gai in any gate that is 3+ becomes weaker in defense, but stronger in offensive, which means that there are two things for Tsunade to do, or to TANK (Which she can) or to try hit the weakened gai(which might be impossible).......

EVEN AFTER KISAME RECEIVED THE 7gated punch of GAI, KISAME WAS STILL ALIVE, why couldn't he regenerate like he did with KillerB? Because he didn't had Samehada with him, which do the dirty job for him......... BUT TSUNADE CAN DO IT BY HERSELF USING HER BYAKUGOU...... And I think Gai has a max of 2 or 3 of those 7 gated punch shots.......

i say that speed is tsunade's weakness because she's slow as the slugs she summon but if get's a hold of either gai or kakashi then they are both done for.

Tsunade>Gai>Kakashi>Tsunade

I personally believe Tsunade can beat Gai because Gai's strongest attack was tanked by a weakened Kisame without samehada. Tsunade with her mitotic regeneration will easily tank all of Gai's attacks until the gates run out. Once the gates run out, Gai will get owned by Tsunade's punch.

Gai can beat Kakashi because he is simply too fast for him and Gai's attacks in the gates aren't close range so lightning clones won't paralyse him. Gai can also avoid Kakashi's genjutsu because he developed a counter by looking at the person's feat. I'm also quite sure nothing from Kakashi's vast arsenal will help him defeat gated Gai.

Kakashi will beat Tsunade because Tsunade simply has no counter to kamui. Furthermore, Tsunade uses close range attacks which will allow Kakashi to use lightning clones to paralyse Tsunade. Once Tsunade is paralysed, Kakashi can behead her and Tsunade is dead.
