Only another Uchiha or highly skilled Sharingan user has the chance to survive Tsukuyomi because the only way to survive it is to escape it quickly and escaping/breaking Tsukuyomi is impossible without Sharingan.

Now lets assume that Kurama could undo Tsukuyomi (impossible stated by Manga) it would still be too late. 72 hours of torture in 1sec, the whole thing will be done before Kurama even has the chance to do anything. Just remember the low-level Tsukuyomi/Genjutsu from Sasuke against Killer Bee, even that took Bee down for several seconds before Hachibi managed to break the Genjutsu..several seconds, all Itachi needs is 1 sec.

And even if Tsukuyomi would be broken (impossible) in a shorter time it would be no use, 0,1sec of Tsukuyomi are still worth 7,2 hours of torture. Enough for heavy pain/mental stress.

Itachi would have 2 ways to kill Naruto with it:

1. Torture him until hes dead.
2. Cast Tsukuyomi to immobilize him and cast Amaterasu/Totsuka Sword on him, 1sec are more than enough for that.

naruto is capable of enduring it. he embodies the will of rikudo sennin so he may be able to tank it especially if kurama brings up his confidence.
