Can Trollkage do the following?

We've seen that Trollkage has Hydrification, Water Gun, Jokey Boy, Clam summons, and genjutsu... a powerful arsenal no doubt, but is he reasonably capable of the following?

Suigetsu has shown various uses for Hydrification besides merely becoming nearly indestructible and passing through things, such as Drowning Bubble, Demon Fish Wave, and Strong Water Arm. Would it be fair to attribute these to Trollkage as well?
Also, would it be fair that being a Kage-version of Suigetsu, that Trollkage could possibly use Strong Water Arm to Hulk-out both arms, or even his whole body? Or would that be giving him too much credit despite his level?

Another question concerns Trollkage's own Jokey Boy. We're to understand that Jokey Boy is a special clone of Trollkage, being made from part of Trollkage's own body. We saw that Jokey Boy was using a blade made of water extending from it's arm, would it be reasonable to assume that Trollkage can also make the same Water Blade?

Why don't you think so? I believe that they should be Hozuki clan abilities, and Trollkage is the most powerful of the Hozuki clan. This is why I'm asking the question though, to clear things up.

Probably. But in vs. threads or theoretical battles, assumptions don't count. For example, minato most likely knows the shadow clone technique, however that cannot be used while comparing feats and jutsu in a vs. thread or comparison.

Trollkage = Nidaime Hozuki Mizukage

OT: he csn likely do everything you said. Suigetsu's water moves come from being a Hozuki Clan member.

Also, regarding Joukie Boy..sounds about right. The Ice Blade was made using Hozuki techniques so in theory he could do this.

I see what you're saying, but I feel that this is different. While we can't give Minato something like Shadow Clone without him showing it, we could give someone like Shisui Grand Fireball and Sharingan Copying since they're Uchiha clan abilities.

He wasn't an experiment done by Orochimaru, he was experimented on by Orochimaru to gain his clan's unique abilities. Trollkage and Mangetsu had them as well.

Also, why am I calling him "Trollkage"? A couple reasons, 1. We don't know his name, just his surname. 2. It's too hard to type "Second Mizukage" or "Mizukage Hozuki" all the time. 3. The following images:

When it comes to water blades yes in a vs thread there should not be any complaints, but you might get some on the Suigetsu abilities even though I myself believe he can do them.
