Can travel speed be more instantaneous than teleportation ?

We know that teleportation is not based on speed because it is something that happens in an instant.

My question is:

Can traveling speed become faster than instantaneous teleportation ? (That would also imply that the person who's traveling at such a high speed should take into action the fact that he will have to break like a horse in order to stop where he wants).

If it is, then there's multiple characters that have shown the ability to move so fast that they basically break space/time and travel into the past/future.

Instant is the shortest amount of time, just the opposite of infinite time. If it takes an instant for a transportation, then there isn't a quicker way of travelling.
