Hagaromo could have simply retrieved the tools and then hand them down to Sasuke and Naruto.

I have a suspision that anything that works on binding souls would fail against Kaguya. RDS wouldn't work either.

This is because Kaguya is immortal.


She either has no soul, or that her soul is perminantly binded to her body. That is why CT must be used. Unlike the others, it is a physical seal.

She has a Soul. Otherwise how could she make all chakra one ? Her interaction with the Shinju and Chakra proves that she has a soul.
