Can Totsuka cut other Susano'o?

If Gaara's light-sand was able to enter Susano'o, and extract Madara out of it, then I suppose it would. But I wouldn't necessarily say that it would cut Susano'o, rather, go through it. Which can also mean the sealing of the user of said Susano'o.

Totsuka is a kusanagi variant(albeit weaker in piercing power by hype) that was uncapable to pierce through 4tails Kyubi. Since i believe Susanoo is harder to break than 4tails Kyubi, i don't think so
